A completely equipped Die-shop with VMC duly supported by CAD/CAM Technology , Copy Die sinking machines and Electric Discharge Die sinking facilities for ensuring perfect repeatability.

Forge Shop

Equipped with Drop Hammers of various sizes and screw presses.

Heat Treatment

Automated & Continuous Heat-treatment Furnace for normalizing, Isothermal Annealing, Hardening & Tempering.

Machine Shop

Fully equipped precision machine shop with VMC's & CNC's Machining / Turning Centers, Grinding, drilling & various conventional machines, well supported by other allied machinery.
